We Pretend To BE Cracked

A cracked vessel allows the light to come in . . .

I have many metaphors using the word ‘vessels’ and how they can relate to people, what they are going through, and the best outlook to deal with situations. In this post I am addressing the cracks that people come into life with, and how they are purposeful and meaningful if you allow them to be.

The analogy we most use in seminars is the one of a scuba diver. A scuba diver puts a lot of gear on when they dive deep into the ocean, and one of those items is a weight-belt. This is a belt that helps them to submerge to greater depths, especially if they are very buoyant. They are given oxygen tanks and told to ascend when they are done, very slowly and in a measured way. If they ascend too fast they end up with the ‘bends’ and then they need a hyperbaric or decompression chamber. Life is very much like that!

We enter into this world through our mother’s womb (water) and find that we have these challenges that we have to deal with, that often have no apparent cause. They can be of a physical nature (such as blemishes, limb issues, organ issues etc), emotional nature (such as anger or anxiety), and a mental nature (attitudes, learning disabilities). These are the cracks or the weight belts that we consciously choose to take on when we incarnate into this human body.

Why would we place ourselves at such a disadvantage one would ask?

Many people come into an incarnation from higher frequencies of existence and everyone takes it for granted that they have always been human or from earth. In most cases, that is not accurate. To descend (up and down are only ideas or terms used to describe frequency change) requires that we lower our vibration to suit the world matrix of ideas, and join in the mass conscious agreements between people. We have to join a family, a culture and a language to have the experience in this body.

To add to that, humans have to have a personal story-script that challenges them to overcome or transcend their limitations, their personal story and who they imagine themselves to be. These cracks and weight belts are the resources that the soul-personality uses to live a life, and create a meaningful journey before they leave. They can be extremely challenging and the reason is not always that simple. Some of these cracks are not what we would imagine them to be, because a crack can be flawless beauty or unfathomable wealth. People always imagine beauty and wealth to be the ultimate goal in life, but often the opposite brings the most joy, happiness, contentment, and peace. In all attributes are the successes and failures, burdens and light-weightiness that each person needs. In this the saying ‘One man’s meat is another man’s poison’ illustrates this accurately.

To one person being an academic is a strength and to another it is not. All the attributes are exactly what each person needs, and that is the clincher! What a person wants and what a person needs are two different things. The cracks are what a person needs in their lifetime, determined by themselves and a higher aspect before they make entry and are born. If it were left up to most of humanity, there would be no cracks and no weight belts, but submerging into this density of life would not be possible.

People learn a lot when they have challenges, limitations and perceived ‘flaws.’ They learn to be humble, kind, strong, forgiving, compassionate, powerful, vocal, resilient, patient and many other lofty attributes. These cracks allow soul or spirit to reach them, to guide them and are the light that shines upon the path of life, which makes sure that they don’t stray too far from the beaten path. In this reality, the beaten path can be a very broad and hazardous one.

Our cracks can keep us humble . . .

And so, bearing this in mind we pull on that diving suit because we need insulation from the environment around us, and if that suit is one of our cracked elements - in other words - it has holes . . . we quickly learn to develop a thick skin. The air that we breathe and the state of our lungs has many lessons for us. If we feel that we cannot breathe, it is a teaching moment about restrictions (often self-imposed), terror, the fear of living life fully, the fear of being ourselves, and being stifled by our limited environment.

Nobody stays under water without the tanks or air and correct breathing regulators (lungs) and some have a journey in life where they have to come to the conclusion that life is precious, and that they should not take it for granted. Nobody lives freely in this human form without the ability to breathe. Climbing the highest peaks teaches us about breathing, where the air is ultra thin and assisted breathing is needed. Ascension is the same; the ability to ascend is based upon another idea of self that transcends the current version. The version of ourselves must evolve if that climb is to be successful.

I watched a documentary of a man without legs, who climbed Mt Kilimanjaro with a friend. He reached the summit - something most will not achieve in this lifetime - and yet, would he have triumphed to such a beautiful degree if he was not born without legs? How many physically challenged people (loss of limbs and mobility) have gone on to become champions in all areas, hero’s, and those who make a difference in many people’s lives? Without the disability-opportunity, would they ever have transcended the limitations that they had? Most likely not.

The important hope is that people take their cracks and use them to become an evolved and transformed version of themselves. We can see almost any issue as a gift! Some . . . we have to dig really deep . . . but at the end of any tunnel is a light. There is a purpose and it has meaning far beyond out current station. Limitation is a powerful ally, much like the banks of a river guide the waters or the capacity for true power is according to the size of anyone’s cup, the condition it is in, and its ability to hold frequencies of varying notes.

People are tempered by their cracks! They are taught valuable lessons that have the capacity to lay foundations that transcend even this life and into beyond. Who you become is not measured by the cracks that you have, but rather by the way you deal with them. Some learn to shrug those weight-belts off and live as if they do not have any. They enjoy the ocean and all there is to experience, but the weights never determine the enjoyment in their discoveries. Some live in awe at the creativity they access, and use their challenges to help others.

Some just inspire others because they know deeply, that they are not their limitations or their cracks. Once upon a time those who were not normal were called ‘cracked’, ‘missing an element’, or a ‘crackpot.’ Now, those that are missing an element are becoming connected to their soul and spirit quite easily, because they are not dealing the challenges of perfection, self image, glamour, wants, and living up to others expectations.

No one is their cracks, flaws or limitations in the bigger scheme . . . these are temporary concerns that have to be accepted and then transcended in any way a person is able. Once this life is released and a person transcends, they forget they ever had them in the first place. So - live freely - because this too shall end!
